These Terms apply to our services: the website zilo-game.dev (including www) and every game published by Zilo Game, now or in the future, whether you play it on our domains, on itch.io or as a Discord Activity. By visiting the website or playing our games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Who we are
Zilo Game is an indie game studio in Thailand, operated by an individual developer, Thanakarn Lorlertsakul. In these Terms, "we" and "us" mean Zilo Game, and "you" means a website visitor or player.
Last Stream (laststream.zilo-game.dev, and later on itch.io) — a single-player horror game made for streamers, currently in development and open to testers only.
1 in a Meowlion (meowlion.zilo-game.dev) — a game about being born as a cat on the real Earth, open BETA, with specific terms in section 16 and a refund policy
Any new game we publish is covered by these Terms automatically. Where a game has its own terms, they apply in addition to these; if the two conflict, the game-specific terms win for matters about that game.
3. Your licence to play
Our games are free to play, show no ads, and have no purchases or payments, except the optional Keepsake Collection (permanent unlock) of 1 in a Meowlion (see section 16). We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play them in your browser for your own non-commercial entertainment (streaming and videos are allowed — see section 5). Do not copy, re-host, resell, modify, or reuse the games, their code or assets elsewhere without our written permission. Features may be added, removed or changed at any time.
4. Age and content
Our services are intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are below the age required by law in your country, please play under a parent's or guardian's supervision. Some games add their own age rules (for example, signing in to Arrow Tag).
Last Stream is a horror game with no jump scares: the fear comes from quiet, building dread. It has flashing lights and heavy psychological themes, but no gore. We recommend it for ages 13+. The game has a "Reduce flashing" option in its settings. If you are sensitive to flashing lights or this kind of content, think before playing, and take a break if you feel unwell.
5. Streaming, videos and monetisation
Our games are made for streamers. You are allowed and very welcome to stream, clip, make videos of, and monetise videos of our games (ads, sponsorships, donations, memberships) on any platform, without asking first — including the in-game music and sound heard while playing. We only ask that you:
name the game and Zilo Game (ideally with a link to the game) in the title or description;
do not suggest that we sponsor or endorse your channel unless we actually agreed to;
do not redistribute the game files, music or assets on their own.
All music and sound in our games belong to Zilo Game (made with Suno) or are used under a licence that allows it. You may stream, clip and monetise videos that include the game's music.
If your video gets a copyright claim over something in our game, contact us and we will help where we can.
6. Fair play and conduct
No cheating: no bots, scripts, macros, modified game clients, intercepted or forged network messages, or exploiting bugs for an advantage.
No harassment, threats, bullying or hate, and no impersonating anyone else or us.
No offensive, sexual or illegal player names, and no sharing of other people's personal information.
No attacking or overloading our servers, APIs or internal tools, no unauthorised access attempts, and no using a game's API outside the game.
No use of the services for anything unlawful.
If you find a bug or exploit, please report it by email instead of using it.
7. What you type, say or create
Your player name, what you type or say in a game, and any maps or content you make remain yours, but you are responsible for making sure they are lawful and do not infringe anyone's rights. You allow us to process them as far as needed to run the game (for example, showing your name to players in the same room, or sending your words to the AI chat so it can reply). See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. AI chat in our games
Some games (such as Last Stream) use AI to write messages from fictional "viewers". These messages are part of the fiction, generated automatically, may be rude, strange or wrong, and are not our opinions. You can turn AI chat off in the game's settings. Do not try to trick or force the AI into producing illegal or harmful content.
9. Intellectual property
The Zilo Game name, game names, logos, code, graphics, characters, story, music and sound in our services belong to us or to the respective licensors. Some assets are made by third-party creators, used under their licences and credited in the games. These Terms do not transfer any rights to you other than those in sections 3 and 5.
10. Third-party services
Our services work with outside services such as signing in with Google or Discord, Discord Activities, itch.io, and your browser's speech-to-text service. Your use of those is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for services we do not control.
11. Suspension and termination
We may remove you from a room, or block, limit or end your access to the services if we believe you are breaking these Terms, or to protect other players and the services, with or without notice. You may stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Service "as is"
The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Games in development may be buggier than usual. We may change, pause or discontinue all or part of the services at any time. Saves, settings and maps stored in your browser may be lost (for example, when you clear site data).
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Because the services are free, our total liability is limited to zero, unless the law requires otherwise. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to sort it out together. Disputes that cannot be resolved fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, unless the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above each time. For important changes we will try to give notice on the website or in the game. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. 1 in a Meowlion (Born a Cat) and the Keepsake Collection
Ideas are free. Rules, game loop, the idea of "be born as an animal and live it year by year" belong to nobody. Make your own game like it; just write and draw it yourself.
Streams, videos and reviews are welcome, monetised or not, no permission needed (see section 5). A link to the game is appreciated.
No donations. The game has no donation buttons. Organisations on the "Help real cats" page link to their main sites only. Anyone asking for money in the game's name is not us.
Ages 13+. The game touches on abandonment, illness and animal death (never graphic). There are no accounts and no ads; your save and cat shelf stay in your browser and can be erased in settings.

Product: one specific digital item, the "Keepsake Collection (permanent unlock)": a one-time purchase, delivered immediately after payment, that permanently unlocks features in the game. The price is shown in the game and on the checkout page before you pay (beta price USD 3.99, regular USD 4.99; THB 139 for buyers in Thailand). Not a subscription, never renews, not a donation.
What it unlocks: three things, permanently, for every cat on your cat shelf, past and future: the life book (print / save as PDF), an HD clip of each life, and high-resolution share cards with no badge, all made in your browser from the save on your device. No usage limit, no expiry.
Not stored value: it is not money, credit, points, a balance or an in-game currency. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, credit or other goods, cannot be transferred or resold, and nothing is held for later use: what you buy is the unlock, delivered at once.
No effect on the game: it never changes outcomes, endings or odds. Everything free stays free.
Where it lives: the unlock is stored in the browser you bought it in. Move it with the cat shelf's transfer code, or restore it in the game with the e-mail you paid with + the last 4 digits of the card, or write to support@zilo-game.dev. After a refund, the unlock ends.
Privacy: your e-mail and payment details stay with Stripe. We keep only the order id and a hash of your e-mail, to restore the unlock and to process refunds. See the Privacy Policy.
Free keepsakes from the team (not a product)
The team may give free keepsakes for a set number of lives (for example 9) as a gift: after your first life, when you invite a friend, or as promo codes for press, events and friends of the game.
These gifts are always free and cannot be bought: they are not sold through Stripe or anywhere else, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or credit, and cannot be transferred or resold. Codes are entered only in the game's ⚙ settings, never on the purchase page.
We may change or stop free gifts at any time; lives you already kept stay unlocked.
Refund policy
Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. E-mail support@zilo-game.dev with the e-mail you paid with and the date. Full refund to the original payment method (bank / card issuer timing applies). We never hold card data; refunds go through Stripe, and once refunded the Keepsake Collection unlock ends.
