ข้อมูลบัตร
ชำระเงินผ่าน Stripe เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตร เราเก็บแค่รหัสคำสั่งซื้อและ hash ของอีเมล เพื่อกู้คืนสิทธิ์และคืนเงิน

Refund policy
This covers the Keepsake Collection (permanent unlock) of 1 in a Meowlion (a one-time digital purchase, delivered immediately, that unlocks the life book, HD clips and HD share cards for all your cats; regular USD 4.99, beta USD 3.99, THB 139 in Thailand; not a subscription). The game itself is free, with no account, no ads and no donations.
How to ask
- E-mail support@zilo-game.dev
- Include the e-mail you paid with and the purchase date
- We refund the full amount to the original payment method through Stripe (timing depends on your bank / card issuer)
Moving devices
Restore with your e-mail + the last 4 digits of the card, or use the cat shelf's transfer code.
Card data
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card data. We keep only the order id and a hash of your e-mail, to restore the unlock and to process refunds.
